DuckDuckGo and Its Advantages Over Google Search Engine

The search engine DuckDuckGo itself was created by a man named Gabriel Weinberg and was officially launched on September 25, 2008.

Therefore, DDG has a main tagline, namely protecting user privacy. With this security feature, you can’t see the search history as provided on other search engines.

2. DuckDuckGo brings some hidden features

One of the most interesting is the command feature called “! Bang” in which the user provides the ability to redirect searches to specific websites. For example, you can type “! a” into a field search the DuckDuckGo search engine, then you will be taken to the Amazon website page.

Meanwhile, if you type the command “! Yt”, DuckDuckGo will take you to the video streaming site page, YouTube, gang. Isn’t that interesting? Apart from the “!
